Allan Wilson holds a BA & Bed degree. He has successfully started, built and operated 3 business of his own. Allan understands the complexities of todays business world. He has experience in import/export sales, manufacturing and production along with merchandising and management both wholesale and retail. Dan joined Sunbelt in February, 2011 having previously been with Century 21 Commercial and Cushman Wakefield LePage from 2000 – 2010. During this time Dan successfully planned, launched and managed Century 21 Commercial the very successful business brokerage and commercial real estate division of Century 21 Countryside Realty Inc. and was directly involved with Cushman Wakefield Lepage’s entry into the Fredericton, NB marketplace.
In 1987, Dan completed the Certified General Accountant (CGA) program of studies offered jointly through CGA NB and CGA Canada. Since 2000 Dan has been a licensed Realtor in the Province of New Brunswick working in the commercial real estate and business brokerage service fields. During this time, Dan completed the requirements for the Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) designation offered through the American Business Brokerage Association (ABBA). Dan is a certified machinery & equipment appraiser (CMEA) and is qualified to issue USPAP compliant machinery and equipment appraisals.
Dan is pleased to offer professional business brokerage, machinery and equipment appraisal, commercial real estate and related financial services to existing and new clients in the greater Fredericton, NB area.

Brad comes to Sunbelt with a significant amount of experience operating a family owned hospitality business and most recently five years in the Property Management field in both Yellowknife and Fredericton. His extensive involvement in small business has prepared Brad well to aid you in the buying or selling a business. He has college diplomas in the fields of Small Business Management and as a Forest Technician.
Born and raised in the greater Fredericton, New Brunswick area and having been involved in small business here has given Brad a vast network to facilitate your business transaction.
In his leisure time Brad can be found Salmon fishing on the Miramichi river or snowmobiling in the winter months on New Brunswick’s trails.
